Playing with natural fibres is a rewarding experience, as well as a lot of fun.

Learn the art of needle felting.
You will be making some gorgeous little 3D owls and all the technique needed to make your own wool sculpture during the morning session then after lunch we will look at the art of needle felt paintings.
Take home two finished items and a kit that will allow you to explore more with your new skills.

Coiled basketry is one of the oldest forms of basketry.
It is a meditative process that will produce a beautiful raffia basket for you to take home.
I’ll show you a variety of traditional stitches using both dyed and natural raffia.
No experience is necessary for this relaxing workshop.

Cyanotype printing is a very old technique used for 100 of years to create both practical and creative prints, simply and quickly using the sun and easily sourced, non-toxic materials.
The class will take you through several fun techniques for printing on fabric and paper using found and everyday items to achieve amazing results every time. At the end of the day you will go home with many samples and ideas for application of these in art and craft and all the information and confidence required to experiment on your own.
A relaxed day producing stunning results in minutes that will have you keen to delve more into this much underutilized craft. Lunch - BYO or there are several local cafes to purchase from

We will show you how to patch, stitch or embellish holes or stains and de pill knitwear.
Update your clothes so you will love them again.
Change the buttons, add a crochet border.
Bring the clothes you would like to update/repair.
